Behind the artwork:
Planted throughout the city in the 1960s, the rainbow shower tree has become a beloved and unmistakable part of Honolulu’s landscape. It was named the official tree of Honolulu in 1965. In 2024, it was also recognized as the city’s official Pride Tree, a symbol of inclusion and joy. This piece was inspired by the tree’s radiant abundance and the way its colors seem to glow in the island sun.
Shipping + Tax
For orders within O'ahu:
Price includes frame and Hawaii GE tax.
For orders outside of O'ahu (within the US): Price includes the mat only (not the frame), shipping and sales tax if applicable.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns
All original artwork sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.
Each original is carefully packaged and insured for shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at contact@ewamosc.com and include photographs of the artwork and all original packaging. Please retain the packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
Damage will be assessed individually. Depending on its nature and extent, I may arrange and cover the cost of a professional repair, offer an agreed partial refund if you choose to keep the artwork, or arrange a return and full refund for artwork that is significantly or irreparably damaged. Any return must be authorized in advance and shipped using the instructions provided.
Frames
Original artworks shipped outside of O‘ahu are sold unframed. The frame shown in the photos is available here.
