About the artwork:
Inspired by a golden hour cruise aboard the vintage Vida Mia boat, this painting reflects the warmth of an afternoon at sea off the coast of Honolulu, Hawaii. In the background, Diamond Head crater catches the last rays of sunset.
Built in the 1920s, the Vida Mia carries a timeless soul, its refined details evoking another era of elegance. I painted it as a way to hold on to that fleeting glow, where history and beauty meet on the water.
