About the artwork:
This piece is inspired by the slow unfolding of the protea, a flower that takes its time before fully opening. Watching that transformation made me think about how growth doesn’t always happen all at once, but often quietly, over time. It’s a reflection on finding your own rhythm and eventually coming into your own.
