Yellow Hibiscus
Yellow Hibiscus
High quality fine art giclée print on archival textured watercolor paper, based on my ink and watercolor illustration.
About the artwork:
This artwork features Ma‘o hau hele, the native Hawaiian yellow hibiscus and official state flower of Hawai‘i. Hand-painted in watercolor, it captures the plant’s soft yellow petals and lush green leaves, inspired by a rare wild bloom spotted during a conservation volunteer day in the Pālehua forest (West O‘ahu).
