Rabbit Island from Makapu'u
High quality fine art giclée print on archival textured watercolor paper, based on my ink and watercolor illustration.
About the artwork:
Hiking on Oʻahu often means coming across WW2 bunkers or old structures overgrown by the voracious tropical plants. This perspective, revealing Rabbit Island in between the concrete walls of an old bunker and the texture rocks of the Makapuʻu cliff, highlights the complex interaction of nature and architecture found across Hawaii.
